The Artist (Author) retains the copyright of the images.
The Buyer is purchasing the right to use them.
The Buyer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images.
the Buyer shall have the right to create modified and derivative works based upon the original images but can’t copyright the derivative work.

The Buyer
- may not redistribute the licenced images, in whole or in part.
- may not use the images, in whole or in part, to create products that would enter in direct competition with this product.
- may not use, reproduce, distribute or display the work (including, without limitation, by itself or in combination with any other work of authorship) in any manner that is libelous or slanderous or otherwise defamatory, obscene or indecent

THE WORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, any warranty implicit or explicit excluded.

Due to nature of the goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is downloaded.
